All Saturday classes are suspended during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Zazenkai, or a day of Zen practice, provides the opportunity to deepen and intensify practice in a way not available to us in our usual daily meditation schedule. Zazenkai are led by monks and experienced practioners from the StoneWater sangha

In Liverpool we sit every Saturday morning,  except the first Saturday of the month. The session starts at 9.30am  with three half hour periods of Zazen and Kin hin (walking meditation). This is followed by tea and coffee and a talk / discussion and the session ends at 12.30pm.

Zazenkai are also held every month in London.
